What is Cinnamon?
Cinnamon appears to have a great reputation in rectifying memory loss. Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species from the genus Cinnamomum. Cinnamon is used mainly as an aromatic condiment and flavoring additive in a wide variety of cuisines. However, it has a great reputation in restoring memory. There are two main sources of cinnamon. The Ceylon Cinnamon has the memory rehabilitation compounds. The Chinese cinnamon, Cassia Cinnamon, does not.
